Your files are in the email with the “Access downloads” button, on your order confirmation page and in your account under your orders. If a download won’t start or stops partway, try a different browser, or switch off any ad blocker or VPN for a moment. Still not working? On Windows, right-click the downloaded .zip file and choose "Extract All," then pick a destination folder. On Mac, just double-click the .zip and it extracts automatically into the same folder using Archive Utility. Always extract the full archive to a folder on your computer first — don't try to open files directly from inside an unopened zip.

This almost always means the download was incomplete. Delete the file and re-download it in full before extracting — a partial download is the most common cause. On Mac, if Safari's "Open safe files after downloading" is switched on, it can leave behind a duplicate, partially-extracted copy, so check for that too. If a fresh download still won't open, try a dedicated tool like 7-Zip (Windows) or Keka (Mac) instead of the built-in extractor, then get in touch if it's still failing.

Make sure you extracted the whole ZIP file, not just one folder from inside it. Each product page lists exactly what you get under “What’s included”. A flyer template, for example, comes with a layered PSD file, a PDF user guide and a JPEG of the design. If something is still missing after a full extraction, email us your order number and we’ll send it over.

Every product page lists the exact contents under “What’s included” and “Details”. Depending on the product, you get:

• Flyer and social media templates: a ZIP file with a layered PSD file, a PDF user guide and a JPEG of the design.
• Figma templates: a Figma file (.fig) or a link to duplicate the design into your own Figma account.
• Icons and vectors: editable Adobe Illustrator files (.ai) and vector formats such as SVG and EPS, often with ready-to-use PNG files.
• Canva templates: a link that opens the design in your own Canva account.

It depends on the product, and the product page always tells you. PSD templates are made for Adobe Photoshop, and icon and vector files (.ai) for Adobe Illustrator. Figma templates open in Figma, and a free Figma account is enough. Canva templates open in Canva, also with a free account. Not sure if a product works with your software? Ask us before you buy.

Open the file in Adobe Photoshop via File → Open, after extracting the full ZIP file. If Photoshop says the file is damaged or it won’t open, the download was probably incomplete, so download it again. Other apps can open PSD files too, but layers, fonts and effects may look different there.

Text: double-click a text layer (marked with a T in the Layers panel) and type your own text.

Photos: right-click the photo layer in the Layers panel and choose Replace Contents (or go to Layer → Smart Objects → Replace Contents). Pick your photo and click Place. Want to crop or reposition it? Double-click the layer’s thumbnail instead, adjust your photo in the window that opens, then save and close it.

Use an up-to-date version of Figma, either the desktop app or figma.com in your browser; a free account is enough. For a .fig file, use Figma’s “Import” option instead of double-clicking the file. For a Figma link, open it while you’re signed in and click “Duplicate” or “Open in Figma” to save your own copy.

Open the .ai file in Adobe Illustrator to edit colours, shapes and sizes; vectors stay sharp at any size. The SVG and EPS files also work in other design apps, including Figma, and the PNG files are ready to use as they are. Changing an icon’s colour? Select it and pick a new fill or stroke colour.

Your design app (Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma) shows a missing-font warning when a font used in the design isn’t installed on your computer. Check the user guide or product page for the fonts used. Install the font (on Windows: right-click the font file → Install; on a Mac: double-click it → Install Font), then restart the app. Can’t find a font? Email us at support@cre8ivelemon.com.

Yes. You can use our products for your own brand, business or personal projects, edit them to match your style, and share the finished designs (like JPGs or PDFs) on your website and social media. See our Digital Product License & Usage Policy for the details.

Yes, for one client per purchase. Customize the template for your client and deliver the finished design, for example a JPG, PDF or printed flyer. The editable files (like the PSD, AI, Figma file or Canva link) stay with you and can’t be passed on. Working for another client? Simply purchase another copy.

No. You can’t resell, share or give away our files, even after editing them, and you can’t use them to create templates or downloads to sell. Questions about a special use? Email us at support@cre8ivelemon.com.

Delivery emails go out within a few minutes of payment, so check your spam or promotions folder first. You can also download your files from your order confirmation page or from your account. If you still can’t find them after 30 minutes, email us at support@cre8ivelemon.com with your order number or the email address you used at checkout, and we’ll send them right away.
