What if I need personalized support?
Some clients choose to move from self-guided learning into coaching or training, either one-to-one or in small group settings, including on-location sessions where appropriate. This is discussed separately, based on fit and availability.

Can I share my purchase with others?
No. All digital products are licensed for individual use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
What happens if there’s a technical issue with my order?

Do you offer invoices for digital product purchases?
Yes. A digital invoice or receipt is provided automatically after purchase.
What is your refund policy for digital products?

Billing & payments
How does billing work for collaborations?
Collaborations operate on a pay-forward basis. Scope, timelines, and fees are agreed in advance, with invoicing issued upfront to secure capacity and focus.
Are payments made upfront or after work is completed?
Payment is required in advance of each agreed phase or period. This ensures clarity, commitment, and uninterrupted collaboration.
How are invoices sent?
Invoices are sent digitally by email after confirmation of the collaboration. Each invoice clearly outlines scope, pricing, and payment terms.
Can billing be split into stages for larger engagements?
Yes. For larger collaborations, fees may be structured across clearly defined phases or milestones, agreed upfront.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be made via secure methods such as bank transfer, credit or debit card, and online payment platforms including PayPal and iDEAL. Available options are listed on the invoice.
