Digital Product License & Usage Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how you can use the digital products you buy or download from Cre8ive Lemon.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our products, you agree to follow these terms.

All our products — whether paid or free — are digital. You’ll receive your files electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

2. Ownership & Copyright

All materials you access through Cre8ive Lemon — paid or free — are the property (or licensed use) of Cre8ive Lemon.

Everything we create is protected by copyright law.
Buying or downloading something from us gives you the right to use it, not to claim ownership of it.

You may not resell, share, or give away our digital files, even if you’ve modified them.

3. What You Can Do

You can:

  • Use our products for your own brand, business, or personal projects.
  • Customize Canva templates (even with a free Canva account).
  • Print and use any of our ready-made PDFs as intended — for business or personal use.
  • Post or share final, flattened designs (like JPGs or PDFs) on your website or social media.
  • Modify templates to fit your style, colors, and brand voice.

4. What You Can’t Do

You are not allowed to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or give away any digital file (even if edited)
  • Upload our templates to Canva for third parties (whom are not affiliated in any way shape or form to your brand) to copy or download.
  • Claim our designs as your own.
  • Use any product to create something you’ll sell as a new template or digital download
  • Remove or hide copyright or brand credits from the original design (if included).

5. About Our Templates and PDFs

Canva Templates:

  • All Canva templates are editable using Canva’s free version.
  • If you see any premium (Pro) elements inside a template, you have two choices:
  • Replace the element with a free one from Canva, or
  • Upgrade your Canva account to use premium features.
  • Cre8ive Lemon isn’t responsible for any Canva Pro subscription fees or third-party limitations.

Printable PDFs:

  • Our PDF files are pre-designed and ready to print.
  • They’re meant to be printed and used as-is — you don’t need to edit them.
  • You may print as many copies as you need for your own use (but not to sell or share).

6. Rights-Managed Licenses (Exclusive or Custom Work)

Some materials — like custom visuals, exclusive templates, or campaign-specific designs — may come with a rights-managed license.

That simply means:

  • You can use the file for the specific purpose it was created for (e.g., one brand, one campaign, one platform).
  • You’ll need written permission or an extended license if you want to use it somewhere else later.
  • If you share any of these materials as-is, please include visible credit to Cre8ive Lemon (for example, “Design by Cre8ive Lemon”).

Using exclusive or custom materials outside your original agreement may result in your license being revoked.

7. Free Downloads & Attribution

Cre8ive Lemon occasionally offers free downloads, templates, or digital resources.
You’re welcome to use them for personal or non-commercial use — but if you share or repost the file as-is, please credit Cre8ive Lemon by mentioning or tagging us (for example: “Free design by Cre8ive Lemon – www.cre8ivelemon.com”). If you modify or adapt the design, attribution isn’t required — but it’s always appreciated.

8. Ending Your License

Your license to use our products can end if you break these terms — for example, by reselling or redistributing files. If that happens, you must delete all copies and stop using the product immediately. We reserve the right to revoke access or take further action in case of repeated or serious misuse.

9. Warranty & Liability

All Cre8ive Lemon products are provided “as is”. While we do our best to make sure everything works beautifully, we can’t guarantee:

  • Compatibility with every device or program,
  • That Canva or other tools won’t change their features, or
  • That you’ll get specific business results from using our designs.

Cre8ive Lemon isn’t liable for any damages, losses, or errors that occur while using or editing our products.
