These Terms of Use apply to cre8ivelemon.com (the “website”) and products you obtain from us, whether paid or free. By using the website, you agree to follow our separate Acceptable Use Policy. If you obtain a product, these terms and any product-specific terms shown before checkout or download also apply.
The website and its content are intended for people aged 18 or older. By using the website, you confirm that you are at least 18.
Who you buy from
You buy from CRE8IVE LEMON GROUP LLC (“Cre8ive Lemon”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Our mailing address is 440 N Barranca Ave #3696, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Contact us at support@cre8ivelemon.com.
Website content and its license
The text, graphics, illustrations, previews, branding, designs, code and other content we make available on the website (“Cre8ive Lemon content”) belong to us or our licensors to the extent protected by applicable law.
You may view and use website content for ordinary browsing, evaluating our products and services, and obtaining products. This permission does not give you a license to copy, publish, sell, redistribute or use website content as your own product. You may not use our name, logo or branding to suggest we endorse you without our permission. A product download gives you the separate license described below.
Some Cre8ive Lemon content or products may be created or edited using artificial intelligence tools. Where required, we provide disclosures under applicable transparency rules, including Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the “AI Act”). For content we make available to the public, we provide the disclosures required of us in that role. AI assistance does not change a product’s description or license. We do not promise that AI-generated elements are exclusive to one customer unless we expressly agree to that in writing.
These terms do not remove rights or copyright exceptions that applicable law gives you.
Products and services
We sell digital products and offer design, marketing and coaching services. Each product page describes what is included. Our website templates generally include a Figma design file, an HTML/CSS/JS export and a short guide.
- Functionality: The Figma file uses components and Auto Layout. The HTML export is a static site; it does not include a backend, database or payment system unless the product page says otherwise.
- Compatibility: The Figma file opens in current versions of Figma. The HTML export is designed for current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge and for hosts that serve static files.
- Not included: Hosting, domain names, stock photos shown in previews and custom changes, unless the product page expressly includes them.
For custom design, marketing or coaching work, we will agree on the scope, deliverables, price, timing and rights to use the deliverables separately before the work begins. Obtaining a template does not include custom services.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes and the total payable amount are shown before you complete checkout. Payment methods available at checkout are handled by Shopify Payments or PayPal.
A paid order is confirmed when payment succeeds. We then send an email with your order details.
Download delivery
For paid products offered as immediate downloads, you receive access on the confirmation page and by email after payment. A download link remains active for 30 days. If it expires, email us with your order number and we will provide a new link. Please keep a copy of your downloaded files.
Freebies are delivered as described on their download page. We may change or withdraw a freebie from future download as explained below.
If a product is unavailable or does not match its description, contact us. Removing a listing from the website does not take away your applicable rights concerning a product you already obtained.
Digital product and template license
When you obtain a digital product, you receive the right to use it under the license shown for that product. You do not obtain ownership of the original product or its underlying intellectual property. Unless a product page states different terms, the following license applies to our website templates.
What the template license allows
- You may modify the template for your own website or a client’s website.
- One license covers one finished website. You need an additional license for each additional website built from the template.
- You may charge a client for the finished website you create.
- You may give your client the finished website, including the files needed to operate that website.
- You may give a contractor access to the template as needed to work on that licensed website, provided they do not reuse it for another project or distribute it.
What the template license does not allow
- Sharing, giving away, publishing or uploading the original template package or editable Figma file so others can reuse it.
- Reselling or redistributing the template as a template, theme, UI kit or other reusable product, even if modified.
- Offering the template files through a marketplace, file-sharing service or public repository.
- Using one license to build more websites than it covers.
- Using the template, including an AI-modified version, to create a competing reusable template product.
You may use AI tools to help modify a template for a website covered by your license. AI-assisted changes do not increase the number of websites your license covers or permit redistribution of the template.
If a client needs the editable Figma template for their own future use, the client needs their own license. The limits above do not remove rights or copyright exceptions provided by applicable law.
Freebies and free resources
We may offer free templates, design assets, guides or other digital resources (“freebies”). A freebie remains subject to a license even though you do not pay for it. Unless its download page states different terms, you receive a non-exclusive right to download, modify and use it in your own or a client’s finished project, including a commercial project.
A free website template follows the template license above: one downloaded license covers one finished website. Other freebies may be used in more than one finished project unless their download page states a limit. You may give a client the finished work, but you may not share the original freebie files as a reusable resource.
You may not sell, redistribute or upload a freebie as a standalone product, template, asset pack or download, whether modified or unmodified. You may not present it as a product you created from scratch. Stock photos, fonts or other third-party materials are included only if the download page expressly says so; any separate terms for those materials still apply.
We may update or remove a freebie from the website without advance notice and do not guarantee that it will remain available for download. Removing it does not end the license for a copy you already obtained in accordance with these terms. Applicable legal rights and copyright exceptions remain unaffected.
Support
We help with problems in the files we supplied, such as a file that will not open or a missing download. Email support@cre8ivelemon.com; we aim to reply within one business day.
Product support does not include customising a template or building a website for you. You can contact us separately to discuss custom work.
Complaints and refunds
If something is wrong with a purchase, email support@cre8ivelemon.com with your order number and a short description. We confirm receipt within two business days and aim to resolve the complaint within 14 days.
Our separate Refund Policy explains refund and cancellation requests. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website and our products change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Changes to website use apply going forward. We will not retroactively change the license for a product you already obtained to take away rights you already have.
Liability and governing law
We are responsible for delivering purchased products as described. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit from a website built with a template.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law. If you live outside the US, this choice does not take away mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.
