Affiliate Program Policy

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and maintain an active Cre8ive Lemon affiliate account. Cre8ive Lemon reserves the right to review, approve, or deny any application to ensure alignment with our brand values and audience.

2. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn up to 20% commission on eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
  • Commission rates may vary based on campaigns or special agreements.
  • Commissions are calculated on the total order value (excluding taxes and refunds) and paid out in euros (EUR) via PayPal or another approved method.

3. Minimum Payout Threshold

  • The minimum payout amount is $50 USD (or the EUR equivalent).
  • Balances below this threshold automatically roll over to the next month until the minimum is reached.

4. Payment Schedule

  • Payments are processed on the first business day of each month. Example: Earnings from February are paid on March 1st.
  • Payouts are made through the method selected in your affiliate dashboard.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a referred purchase is refunded, canceled, or results in a chargeback, the related commission will be deducted or adjusted from your affiliate balance. Cre8ive Lemon reserves the right to offset future payouts accordingly.

6. Self-Purchases & Discounts

  • You cannot earn commissions on purchases made using your own affiliate link.
  • Purchases made by accounts associated with you are also ineligible.
  • Sales using discounts of more than 20% do not qualify for commissions.

7. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to promote Cre8ive Lemon using approved marketing materials. You may share your link via your website, blog, email newsletter, or social channels.

The following activities are not permitted:

  • Misleading, deceptive, or false advertising.
  • Paid search ads using Cre8ive Lemon’s brand name or related keywords.
  • Spamming, unsolicited messaging, or bulk emails.
  • Any content that misrepresents or damages Cre8ive Lemon’s reputation.

Violation of these terms may result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Tracking & Attribution

Affiliate referrals are tracked using UpPromote cookies and analytics.

  • Cookies typically last 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • If a user clears cookies, switches devices, or uses ad blockers, tracking may not apply.
  • Only the last affiliate link clicked before a purchase receives the commission.

Cre8ive Lemon is not responsible for tracking disruptions or lost commissions due to user behavior or technical limitations.

9. Program Rules & Limitations

a. Purchase Commissions
You earn commission on the first valid purchase made by a new customer who is not already in an active sales process with Cre8ive Lemon.

b. Active Customer Requirement
The referred customer must remain active throughout the locking period specified in your dashboard.

c. Cross-Domain Tracking
Commissions remain valid if a user begins on one Cre8ive Lemon domain and completes checkout on another related domain.

d. Proper Link Usage
Only official affiliate links may be used for tracking. Altered or incomplete links may result in untracked referrals.

e. Fraudulent Activity
Fraudulent, duplicate, or non-genuine referrals (e.g., repeated signups from the same IP) are non-payable. Cre8ive Lemon may request verification or suspend payouts if suspicious activity is detected.

10. Branding & Representation

a. Use of Cre8ive Lemon Assets
Affiliates may use approved logos, visuals, and marketing assets provided in the affiliate dashboard.
However, you may not:

  • Alter or recolor logos.
  • Combine Cre8ive Lemon branding with your own.
  • Imply partnership, sponsorship, or co-branding without written permission.
  • Use any domain name or handle that could be confused with Cre8ive Lemon’s identity.

b. Representation Titles
You may refer to yourself as a “Cre8ive Lemon Affiliate.”
You may not call yourself a “Cre8ive Lemon Partner” or claim endorsement or partnership unless authorized in writing.

11. Advertising & Disclosure

  • Affiliates may not run ads that compete with Cre8ive Lemon’s own advertising.
  • Paid traffic must lead to your own website or content — not directly to Cre8ive Lemon’s site.
  • You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC and EU transparency laws (e.g., “As a Cre8ive Lemon affiliate, I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.”).

12. Termination

Cre8ive Lemon reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for:

  • Policy violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of affiliate links.
  • Misrepresentation or unethical behavior.

Upon termination:

  • All unpaid commissions are forfeited.
  • Affiliates must remove Cre8ive Lemon branding and links from their channels.

    You may also terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

Cre8ive Lemon and UpPromote process affiliate data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the GDPR.

We collect only the data required for affiliate management and payments, such as:

  • Name, email address, and payout details.
  • Tracking and performance data.

All data is securely stored and processed.

14. Liability Disclaimer

Cre8ive Lemon is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. No guarantees are made regarding potential earnings or performance results.

15. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or system changes. Affiliates will be notified of major updates via email or dashboard notice. The latest version will always be available on the Legal Hub.
