Three free, minimal story backgrounds for the holiday season: a Christmas background with a pine sprig and baubles, a festive-season background with a small gift and stars, and a New Year background with a gold ribbon and confetti. Each one keeps the decoration in the bottom corner, so the rest of the story is open for your text, a photo or a sticker.

Use them for Instagram and Facebook stories, WhatsApp status, holiday opening hours, season’s greetings and New Year wishes. All three are 4K in exact 9:16 (3072 × 5461 px), far larger than the 1080 × 1920 px a story needs, so they stay sharp after cropping or zooming and also work for print.

All images are AI-generated. The download contains the 3 backgrounds (JPG) and a license file (TXT) that explains how you can use them. Need backgrounds for slides as well? See the Christmas Presentation AI Image Pack and Corporate Christmas Backgrounds.
