Fair and reasonable website use

Use Cre8ive Lemon content, paid products and freebies within the licenses in our Terms of Use and any product-specific terms shown when you obtain them.

You may not redistribute original or editable product files as reusable downloads, sell them as your own templates or asset packs, or use a template license to build more websites than it covers. This applies to free templates as well as paid ones. You may give a client the finished work permitted by your license.

You may use AI tools while working on a licensed project. AI-assisted changes do not remove the license limits. You may not use our content, products or website features to create or distribute unlawful, infringing or misleading material, impersonate a real person without permission, or build a competing reusable template product from our files.

AI-generated content

Some Cre8ive Lemon content is created or edited using artificial intelligence tools. Where a disclosure is required, we provide it under applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the “AI Act”). For content we make available to the public, we provide the disclosures required of us in that role.

AI-assisted content may contain errors or resemble material created elsewhere. Please review it before relying on it or publishing it, particularly when it contains important factual or professional information. Disclose AI-generated or manipulated content when the law applicable to your use requires it.

Do not submit someone else’s confidential information or personal data to an AI-powered feature on our website unless you have the right to do so.
